Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Flowline Automation LLC collects, uses, and protects information about you and your customers when you use our automation services. We take data privacy seriously — it is central to how we operate.
1. Who We Are
Flowline Automation LLC (“Flowline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Tennessee-based automation services company. We build and manage workflow automations for service businesses, including missed call-to-text, speed-to-lead, estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, and review requests.
For questions about this policy, contact us at jamarius@flowlineautomation.net or (731) 294-1459.
2. Information We Collect
From business clients (you):
- Business name, contact name, phone number, and email address
- Business type, software currently in use, and operational details needed to configure automations
- Billing information (processed securely through third-party payment processors — we do not store card numbers)
From your customers (end users of your automations):
- Phone numbers that interact with your business via SMS
- Message content generated through automated exchanges
- Timestamps and interaction logs for operational and compliance purposes
Automatically from website visitors:
- IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site
- Form submissions via flowlineautomation.net
3. How We Use Your Information
- To build, configure, test, and maintain your automation workflows
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates
- To send invoices and process payments
- To monitor workflow performance and resolve issues
- To comply with applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM
We do not sell your data or your customers’ data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. SMS and Messaging Compliance
All SMS automations we build on your behalf are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC registration requirements. This means:
- Messages are sent only to individuals who have an existing business relationship with you or have consented to receive communications
- Every automated message includes an opt-out mechanism (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
- Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently
- Message content is reviewed and approved by you before going live
As the business client, you are responsible for ensuring your customer lists comply with applicable consent requirements. We act as a service provider under your direction.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following sub-processors to deliver our service. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements:
- Twilio — SMS delivery infrastructure
- Supabase — Database and data storage
- n8n — Workflow automation platform
- Anthropic — AI-assisted response generation (Growth and Scale plans)
We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain client business data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, to allow for re-activation or data export requests.
Customer interaction logs (SMS records, timestamps) are retained for 12 months for compliance and troubleshooting purposes, then deleted.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting jamarius@flowlineautomation.net.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure credential management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of any non-essential communications
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jamarius@flowlineautomation.net.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients via email.
