Terms of Service
By signing up for or using Flowline Automation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at jamarius@flowlineautomation.net before proceeding.
1. The Parties
“Flowline,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Flowline Automation LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the business or individual that signs up for Flowline’s services. These Terms govern the relationship between both parties.
2. Services
Flowline provides done-for-you workflow automation services, including but not limited to: missed call-to-text automation, speed-to-lead SMS, estimate follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, review request automation, and re-engagement campaigns.
We build, configure, test, monitor, and maintain your automations on your behalf. The specific workflows included depend on your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
Service begins on the go-live date — the date your automations are activated and live — not the contract signing date.
3. Fees and Payment
Setup fee: A one-time setup fee is charged at contract signing. This fee covers the build, configuration, and testing of your workflows prior to go-live.
Monthly subscription: Your first month of service is free, beginning at go-live. Monthly billing begins on the first day of month two after go-live.
Annual plans: Annual subscribers receive a 20% discount on the monthly rate, billed upfront for the full year.
All fees are in USD. Invoices are due upon receipt. Accounts more than 14 days past due may have service suspended until payment is received.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Your automations remain active through the end of the 30-day notice period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Annual plans: You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of your annual term, minus any applicable fees.
To cancel, contact us at jamarius@flowlineautomation.net or call (731) 294-1459.
5. Your Responsibilities
By using Flowline services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information required to configure your automations
- Ensure your customer contact lists comply with applicable consent requirements under TCPA and other applicable laws
- Review and approve all message content before go-live
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business that may affect automation behavior
- Not use our services to send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages that violate applicable law
You are responsible for your business’s compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Flowline acts as a service provider under your direction and is not responsible for your compliance failures.
6. Intellectual Property
Any workflow configurations, message templates, and automation logic we build for you are licensed to you for use during your active subscription. They are not sold or transferred outright.
Flowline retains ownership of its underlying systems, platforms, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your business data, customer contact information, and any content you provide to us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flowline’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Flowline in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Supabase, n8n, or others), force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowline Automation LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
9. Service Level and Support
We target 99.9% workflow uptime. Workflow issues are addressed within 4 business hours of being reported or detected. We monitor all active client workflows and will proactively notify you of any issues we detect.
Support is available Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm CT. For urgent workflow issues, you may text us at (731) 294-1459 outside of business hours.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
